The above mentioned Cancellation Fees apply even in the case of force majeure on the side of the Lessee, which is understood as a situation when the Lessee is unable to use the Accommodation due to a decision of a public authority, natural event, war danger, strike, blockade, etc.
- 5. Non-refundable reservation.
- 5.1. A reservation marked as “non-refundable” is offered under preferential pricing conditions, which are inseparably linked to a specific payment and cancellation policy.
- 5.2. In the event of cancellation by the guest, failure to arrive (no-show), or early termination of the stay, the guest is not entitled to any refund of the total amount paid. In such cases, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the total reservation price, regardless of the reason for cancellation or modification.
- 5.3. All payments made under a non-refundable reservation are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to another date, another reservation, or any other service provided by the accommodation provider.
- 5.4. For non-refundable reservations, the stay dates cannot be changed under any circumstances.
- 5.5. Non-refundable reservations can be made exclusively through the provider’s online reservation system. Such reservations cannot be made via the reception. The reason is that during the online booking process, the guest has the option to purchase cancellation insurance; this option is not available when booking through the reception.
