Arrival information

Thank you for booking your apartment at Lipno Lake Resort.

Check-in

Apartments are available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. at the earliest. For checking in and checking out at the reception, we need ID cards of all adults. For faster check-in, please, use the online check-in form on our websites, the link will be sent to you per e-mail. Fill it in according to the actual number of people, including ID numbers. Please, call the emergency number +420 770 121 477, for more information on late check-in if you arrive after 5:00 p.m.

Check-out

It is necessary to check out of the apartment and hand in the access cards at the reception no later than at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please, remove all personal belongings from the apartment. We are not responsible for forgotten items!
Take the rubbish out into the adjacent containers, please. The apartment must be handed over in the original state. Carrying inventory or equipment of the apartment and smoking in the apartments are strictly forbidden!
Lipno Lake s.r.o. (Ltd.) reserves the right to charge the client a financial compensation for breaking the house rules. They can be found in the brochure which you get at the reception upon arrival.

Reception

The reception is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you plan to come with your pet, it is necessary to report it when booking your stay in order to get an apartment that is prepared for stays with animals. The number of these apartments is limited. There is an extra charge for stays with pets.

In the price of the stay

is included: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
also included: unlimited use of sauna and wireless internet at the apartment. Parking in front of the building, children’s corner, outdoor multifunctional playground, indoor swimming pool in Lipno nad Vltavou in the months of October to May. An outdoor swimming pool directly in the resort is available for the resort guests only in the summer period from June to September. Animation programmes are prepared for children of all ages in July and August.

Sport rental shop

You can use the services of our partner sport rental shop “Lipno Centrum” with a wide range of quality sports equipment at reduced prices for our guests directly in the resort.

Services of resort’s sport rental shop Lipno Centrum and Ski School Lipno

Book quality ski, snowboard or other sports equipment in advance in our resort’s sport rental shop Lipno Centrum located next to the reception using an online form and gain a 15% discount (10% exclusive discount for guests of Lipno Lake Resort + 5% for online booking) and the services of the Ski School Lipno also with a discount up to 15% for online booking.
