Arrival information
Dear Guests,
thank you for booking your apartment at Lipno Lake Resort.
Check-in
Apartments are available for check-in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. For registration and check-in at reception, we require identification cards from all guests. For quicker check-in, use the online registration form on our website, the link to which will be e-mailed to you. Please fill it in with the actual number of people, including ID numbers.
If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please call the emergency phone number +420 770 121 477, where we will provide you with further information regarding late check-in.
In case of late arrival, a map is available to show you the way to the resort.
Check-out
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated, and entry cards returned at the reception no later than at 10:00 AM. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the apartment. We are not responsible for forgotten items!
Please dispose of rubbish in the nearby waste containers. The apartment must be returned in its original condition. Moving inventory or smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited!
Lipno Lake s.r.o. reserves the right to charge the client a financial compensation for violating the house rules. You can find these rules in the brochure that you receive at reception upon your arrival.
Reception
The reception is open daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you plan to bring your pet, please notify us at the time of booking, as you will be allocated an apartment where pets are allowed. The number of these apartments is limited. A fee applies for pets.
In the price of the stay:
is included: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
also included: unlimited use of sauna and wireless internet at the apartment. Parking in front of the building, children’s corner, outdoor multifunctional playground, indoor swimming pool in Lipno nad Vltavou in the months of October to May. An outdoor swimming pool directly in the resort is available for the resort guests only in the summer period from June to September. Animation programmes are prepared for children of all ages in July and August.

Services of the Lipno Centrum Sports Equipment Rental and Ski School Lipno
Book in advance using the online form for high-quality ski, snowboard, or other sports equipment rental at our Lipno Centrum resort rental, located next to the reception, with a 15% discount for online booking (10% exclusive discount for Lipno Lake Resort guests + 5% for advance booking) and 15% discount for Ski School Lipno services for online booking.
