General conditions

The price for accommodation

• The price of accommodation includes only apartment hire.
• Extra taxes are for: reservation, bed clothes, towels, animals, final cleaning and other service or handling charges - all according to the price list

Final cleaning

• All the apartments are cleaned very well after the arrival of guests
• We ask guests for washing the dishes, cleaning the fridge and all the litter and taking off bed clothes

Bed clothes

• You have to lend the bed clothes at the reception since it is not allowed to use your own

Privacy Policy

• your personal datas are used only by Lipno Lake s.r.o. for writing or phone messages. If you do not agree with storing your dates in our database, you can ask at the Lipno Lake Resort reception

Arrival and departure time

• Arrival time: from 15.00 to 17.00 o´clock. In case of later arrival phone +420 724 258 932.
• Departure time: up to 10.00 o´clock.

Cancellation Conditions:

• When you cancell your stay, you have to pay a cancellation fee to the company Lipno Lake s.r.o.
• The cancellation fee is: 1 paid accommodation advance if you cancel your stay to 43 days before the arrival
• The cancellation fee is: 60% of the whole accommodation price if you cancel your stay from 42 days to 29 days before your arrival
• The cancellation fee is: 90% of the whole accommodation price if you cancel your stay from 28 days to the arrival day
• The cancellation fee is: 100% of the whole accommodation price if you cancel your stay on the arrival day or a day after the arrival
• If you are not in your destination up to 24 hours after the planned accommodation arrival, it will be taken as the storno of the accommodation
